RJ's 3-Rivers BBQ Fish Tacos Recipe

We have fish at least once a week in our house. I like it Blackened (use RJ's 3-Rivers Spicy Cajun Blend Seasoning, served with Red Beans and Rice), I like it with Panko (add a little RJ's 3-Rivers Sweet & Mild Chicken Rub before the Panko), but my favorite is Fish Tacos! You want a firm fish that won’t fall apart. We use Tilapia, Walleye or Mahi-mahi.

Ingredients:

Hard or soft taco shells

Your favorite fish

RJ's 3-Rivers BBQ Sweet & Mild Chicken Rub

Grated Cheese (Monterey Jack works great)

Mexican Fresh Crema

Pico de Gallo

Cook:

Coat your favorite fish with RJ's 3-Rivers BBQ Sweet & Mild Chicken Rub or Spicy Cajun Blend. If you’re going to use Panko, also add a little rub to the Panko. When fish is cooked, chop it into large chunks. Heat your taco shells or your flour tortillas. Add your fish, a little grated cheese, Pico de Gallo and top off with Fresh Crema.

Enjoy!
