First - We recommend you reach out to us if you're not 100% satisfied with RJ’s 3-Rivers Brand products. We do our best to produce top-notch products, and we want to hear from you!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RJ’s 3-Rivers BBQ will replace, at no charge, any product(s) that are damaged during shipment.
RJ’s 3-Rivers BBQ will reship, at no charge, any products(s) not received on your order.
RJ’s 3-Rivers BBQ will replace or refund payment in full for any product(s) with which you are dissatisfied.
Please notify us: via email at 3RiversBBQ.com. If possible, include a photograph of the damaged or unused items. Please do not return damaged or unused items, those items should be discarded after contacting RJ’s 3-Rivers BBQ. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
